In the immediate vicinity is the Westerwälder Seenplatte with, among other things, the Dreifelder Weiher. Numerous cycling and hiking trails, including the Westerwaldsteig, are also on the doorstep. The space The approx. 50 sqm apartment on the ground floor has its own entrance and a free parking space right outside the front door. One bedroom with a large box spring bed and wardrobe. A fully equiped kitchen. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower column. In the living room, there is a couch, which can be quickly converted into a sofa bed. It also has a TV and a reading corner to relax. All rooms are modern and stylish and transform our apartment into a cozy oasis of well-being.
