My house is in NORTHVIEW HEIGHTS SUBD. located along Brgy. Castellano, San Leonardo, Nueva Ecija. It’s a 2-storey house that is fully furnished with everything you need to make you feel at home, such Cooking Stove with range-hood, Refrigerator, Kitchen Utensils, TV, Shower, Air-conditioned Bedrooms including the sala, Wifi, and own Garage that can fit (1) vehicle. My place have it’s own balcony at the 2nd Floor with a nice set-up if you wanna have that late night drinks at home with friends. The space Welcome to The Play House! You may use it as your own. Please enjoy your stay! Other things to note • Smoking is allowed as we have a designated area for that. Please respect the owner and do not smoke inside the house. • Pets are very much welcome in this house but be mindful of their poop & pee. • No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining area. • Please respect the noise curfew. Quiet hours: 11:00PM-8:00AM • Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. • Extra mess equals extra cleaning fees. P800.00 for cleaning fee • Must not change any security locks or codes. • P1,000.00 fee for lost/damaged key card. • Strictly no illegal substances allowed on the premises.
