The space The whole self contained flat accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms, each with a brand new queen size ensemble with views of the gardens and rainforest, full bathroom and new full kitchen (all new appliances) with a breakfast bar for 4 and a lounge/dining room with a new leather lounge and new deep plush carpet. There is an external undercover back verandah with a 5 burner BBQ, outdoor dining table and chairs as well as comfortable lounges, which overlook gardens with a rainforest backdrop and views of the sparkling inground pool. There are two brand new cushioned sun beds with an outdoor shade umbrella next to the pool overlooking the rainforest. There are 2 new 55" TV's with multiple streaming services available as well as brand new aircon and a working fireplace. There is a washing machine and an external clothesline. Guest access The property is located in a private cul de sac, with the nearest neighbours about 400 metres away. The fully fenced property has an automatic gate. You will be provided with a gate opener so you can come and go without problem. A garden lined driveway leads to the accommodation where off street parking is available right outside the flat. There are 3 entrances to the accommodation, a main entrance to the lounge room and each bedroom also has its own entrance. There is coloured garden lighting around the house and the pool. Other things to note The property has beautiful gardens and has a path to the rainforest where there are well established walking tracks. The bird life in the rain forest is amazing and there is no shortage of wildlife. We are 15 minutes from Terrigal Beach and Avoca Beach which are both beautiful holiday destinations. There are numerous high quality restaurants, live entertainments and many other local attractions for children and adults alike. We are 5 minutes from Erina Fair but where we are makes you feel hundreds of miles away from civilisation. When you arrive there will be complimentry Bacon and a dozen Eggs, fresh Bakers Delight Bread, 2L Milk, Cheese, Honey, Peanut Butter, Margarine, Corn Flakes and quality coffee beans in the coffee machine as well as Nescafe, tea bags along with a few bottles of chilled mineral water. We do have a very friendly Golden Retriever who is 4 years old and loves people. If you want to interact/play with him, happy to arrange a meet, he is a very good boy, otherwise he is kept in a secured fenced off section of the property. Minimum 2 night stay.
