WiFi The space Kitchen/dining room: A well divided space that accomplishes room for exquisite meal preparation or baking whilst all guests can comfortably socialise. Amenities include a large fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, state of the art cooker (gas hob and electric oven) and dining table with 4 chairs. Cupboards are well equipped with everything you will need to settle right in and feel at home. As with the rest of the house the space is well lit with natural light entering for three sides of the room. This is the central focus of the house with doors to the living room, back court-yard, utility room, upstairs, and front of the house. Living room: Hygge space with certified efficient Esse woodburner, smart TV, table, 2 person sofa and armchair. During the day the large mirror brings atmosphere in to the room and reflects the natural light for day time contemplation, or a delightful and invigorating WFH space. The window looks out on to the street which is framed by the outdoor greenery. Utility room: 3 shallow and wide steps take you from the kitchen in to this utility room with a washing machine, ironing board, iron, storage cupboards, freezer, and coat hooks. An adorable little window that looks out in to the court yard garden. Bedroom 1: French pine double bed with brand new mattress. Leafy view from the bed. Large window with blinds and curtains. Chest of draws, 2 bedside tables & lamp. (Wardrobe is on the landing.) Bedroom 2: 2 large comfy single beds in a bright airy room. Each single bed has a double duvet for extra comfort. Bathroom: A beautifully tiled, newly furbished, bathroom with bath and double shower unit (with large shower head), frosted window, heated towel rail, loo, and sink. Also included is locally handmade natural soap. A mellow atmosphere free from distraction, you can relax or revitalise in this astutely proportioned peaceful power cave. Court-yard Garden: Established garden with a variety of plants and trees including a bay tree, sage, oregano & rosemary that your welcome to use for cooking. Table and chairs for outdoor dining.
