Quiet, bright and charmingly furnished, this studio offers an oasis of well-being in the heart of the Prenzlauer Berg action. Since I love natural light and like to be awakened by the sun, I have no curtains. This should be considered before booking the property and, if necessary, a sleeping mask should be taken. You should not worry about privacy, however, because the trees in the courtyard block any view into the room (at least in the summer months). The apartment is not a pure vacation apartment, but my private home. Therefore, it cannot be completely prevented that, for example, there are some groceries in the refrigerator or part of the furniture (1 cabinet + dresser) remain locked with my private property. In the kitchen, everything can be used as long as it is used with caution (coffee machine, water filter, pans, knives, etc.) and spices, etc. can also be used. If something should be broken/damaged (can happen to anyone), please report it, we will find a solution. *Since January 2025, the city tax in Berlin has increased to 7.5% per guest per night.
