Our spacious architect-designed house is ideal for up to 15 people, thanks to its cathedral-style living room (65 m2) with large table and fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, 7 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. You can relax in the hot tub (heated), in a lush wooded park equipped with solariums and children's games. Perfect for your holidays, seminars, or family vacations. The space Located in the heart of Burgundy, surrounded by nature, you will reach the Domaine de la Boursicauderie after passing a small bridge (which can close), and discover a spacious 250 m2 architect house nestled in the heart of a lush 19 hectare park offering many spaces: The house: - a spacious cathedral living room, with a large table allowing everyone to sit together, and its period fireplace (65 m2), - a fitted and fully-equipped kitchen for cooking real meals, with Nespresso coffee machine (and classic filter coffee machine) - 7 bedrooms (one of which is directly connected to the children's room;) All bedrooms have storage spaces and a smart TV. Some rooms have private access to the terrace;) - 3 bathrooms - 3 bathrooms Exteriors: - a heated hot tub all year round;) - a terrace with a solarium, - boules court - a mini Vespa circuit for strolling through the children's village - a wooded park🌳, - an ideal fish pond if you like fishing 🎣 The services include: - The bed linen and towels are provided. - Each room is equipped with a smart TV -WIFI - 🅿️ Private parking for several vehicles. - ☕️ coffee/tea, but a real breakfast can be served on site (€10/person, upon request). - a gaming machine accessible for free - BBQ and fire pit. - Board games for young and old, as well as a library. The estate is close to several famous attractions, about 4.6 km from the river basins of Rogny-les-septscluses, about 16.2 km from the famous Briare Canal Bridge, and only a short walk from the hiking trails of the Grand Chaloy. During your walks in the park you can meet our animals (2 horses, Apache our sweet pony, 2 adorable dogs and 3 cats) but they do not enter the house! If needed, the caretakers of the estate will be happy to provide you with practical information about the house and/or the area 😉 We are flexible on arrivals and departures whenever possible;) Regarding breakfast, we can send you the contact details of our dear baker who agrees to deliver you for free 😋 Guest access The nearest train station is Nogent-sur-Vernisson (via Montargis), 20 minutes from the house and we can pick you up if needed ;) Other things to note Parties are of course allowed because you're in the middle of nature, so music won't bother anyone! However, we count on you to put everything back in order after. Coffee machines Three coffee machines (including a Nespresso) are at your disposal. ️ ℹ The switch is sometimes behind the device. ⸻ 🪟 2. Curtain of the large rounded bay window A switch is located to the right to lower or raise the curtain — perfect for more privacy. ⸻ 💡 3. Living room light It turns on and off via a small white ON/OFF box placed on the sideboard. ⸻ 🔥 4. Fireplace • Please do not let the flames rise too high. • Never store logs inside the fireplace (risk of fire). • 🔆 The fireplace light stays on all the time, it can't be turned off. ⸻ 🎶 5. Hi-Fi system & musical ambiance It is connected, very powerful and has two wireless microphones. 🎉 You can listen to music even late at night, without worry. ⸻ ♻️ 6. Waste sorting Please respect the 3 household sorting rules. Spare 🛍️ bags are available under the sink. ⸻ 🗝️ 7. Keys Only one key opens both doors: 🚪 the front door & 🚪 the kitchen door. ⸻ 📱 8.
