Family home in lovely village

Cosy family ‘home from home’ in the lovely village of Praze-an-Beeble. The village is in a great central location from which to explore plenty of beautiful beaches! St Ives, Hayle, Gwithian, Portreath and Porthleven beach are all approx 15-20 minutes away. The village itself has a lovely local shop, pasty shop, pub, fish and chip shop and hairdressers as well as a playing field and a children’s park. The space Our home is semi-detached and situated in a quiet cul-de-sac. It has a double driveway so parking is never an issue. The neighbours are all very friendly and helpful. There are two bedrooms available, one of which has a king size bed and one which has two single beds. We can also provide a cot if requested. One bedroom has a TV with an Amazon Fire Stick. There is also a small family bathroom with a shower bath, a living room with TV (this uses an Amazon Fire stick as there is no Aerial), kitchen/diner equipped with oven, air fryer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine (can provide a booster seat if requested) and finally a lovely little garden for enjoying the sunshine! ☀️. (There is a double retractable clothes line in the garden). The house is fairly well child proofed as we have two young children so would certainly suit young families, but would also suit couples looking for a quiet space to relax. This is our family home which we are renting out whilst we are on holiday ourselves which means we are able to provide a home from home feel. Guest access Guests will have access to the double driveway situated at the front of the property. There will be a self check in process. Other things to note As this is our primary residence the house will not be empty of all belongings. We will provide empty drawers and wardrobe space but we kindly ask that any which are full or locked not be used (this does not apply to those which are simply child locked). If bringing children you are welcome to use any of our children’s toys and books. Please also feel free to read any of our books on the bookshelves and to use basics from our kitchen such as spices, oil, salt and vinegar and tea and coffee. Unfortunately we are unable to host dogs.
