Description
I eagerly invite you to stay at my home. I lovingly restored to reveal it's 100- yr old original wood floors and the Chicago brick chimneys. The East bedroom is upstairs & is perfect for morning sun. There's a comfy extra suite in between bedrooms for coffee/ tea, watching TV, and amenities like a water cooler, refrigerator and microwave. Does your fur child or family member enjoy the outdoors? My patio, fireplace, bbq grill & big yard w/ a sunset view- awaits you! The space My home is a three minute drive to Marshfield Clinic & Hospital. Clean, spacious , comfy rooms & a big yard await. There's a large driveway for safe, offroad parking- so this is a great , private, quiet alternative to a hotel stay. Whether work/business, a hospitalized family member or pleasure brings you to Marshfield on a long or short- term stay....you will find rest here. I have two outdoor chimaneas- if you have time & like stoking an outdoor fire to chill. Guest access Upstairs is designated for Air BnB. Two different Bedrooms w/ windows on the East & West sides of house offer morning & evening views of sunrise & sunset. Space between rooms is shared, as is the updated bathroom. Please enjoy the yard, outdoor patio & fireplace. It's a great area for you, your real or fur- children to play! During your stay I travel alot, but if I'm downstairs with my Lab Murphy, please don't hesitate to ask me if you need directions, names of restaurants or recreational activity suggestions. Happy to help! Other things to note My large Labrador Murphy may insist on saying hi to you...so unfortunately - if you have an aggressive dog or a dog allergy- this probably is not the house you should select.
