New apartment in the south of St. Pölten. The apartment is divided into a private room with a large single bed 120 x 200 and shared rooms: kitchen, bathroom, toilet, living/dining room and spacious balcony. Parking is available in front of the house. Very good location, bus stop in front of the building towards the station/center, a bus every 10 minutes. Also the Wi-Fi or NDU and the event venue are a 5-minute walk away. Longer-term rental possible, just ask! The space The cozy balcony is available to my guests as well as the living and dining area with couch. The kitchen can also be used. Since I use these rooms very rarely, contactless use is possible. The apartment is disinfected before each visit. Guest access Guests can use the whole apartment. During your stay You will be personally received, everything else we will arrange on site.
