La Maison Magnarelles – Le Cocon

Our "Le Cocon" cottage is perfect for a discovery stay for two. Single-story and carefully decorated, in keeping with the spirit of the place, our accommodation is an ideal base camp for exploring the Luberon. Respect for the territory and protection of the environment are shared values here. Welcome! The space With its independent entrance located under the porch of the farmhouse, our gîte "Le Cocon" (31 m²) is ideal for 2 people. Perfectly equipped and air-conditioned, it offers our guests the comfort and authenticity essential for a successful stay. The living room consists of a complete kitchen area (washing machine, stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, kettle...) as well as a living room area with a sofa bed for 2 people. The newly renovated bathroom with its walk-in shower and toilet are perfectly separated. Upstairs on the mezzanine, the sleeping area is equipped with a 140 x 190 bed and storage. But above all, our vacation rental benefits from the vast terrace that is the porch of our house where it is good to have meals, quiet and cool, thanks to the garden furniture provided. For a holiday with extended family or friends who need more privacy, the "Le Cocon" gîte can be easily coupled with our "Les Mûriers" guest room (without breakfast). Independent and overlooking the outdoor courtyard and close to the gîte, it allows to bring the total capacity to 4 people and to benefit from 2 shower rooms and 2 separate toilets. And to relax and enjoy the sun on the way back from a walk or visits, the 11 m x 3.5 m swimming pool, nestled in a green setting, sterilized with salt and heated in mid-season, offers unforgettable moments of relaxation. Guest access The inner courtyard of the farmhouse, protected from the famous Mistral, is a common space where it's nice to share a drink or engage in a lively discussion about the day's activity! After a day of sightseeing, hiking, or returning from colorful Provençal markets (but where the sun is beating down!), there is nothing like enjoying the 11 m x 3.5 m swimming pool (water sterilized by salt electrolysis), heated in mid-season, and its landscaped area equipped with deckchairs for a moment of relaxation or fitness, your choice... or both. Boulodrome, bicycle racks, barbecue and private parking available. Other things to note The supply of bed linen (€20 per bed, made on arrival) and towels (€5 per person) is optional and not mandatory. Linens (tea towels, bath mats...) are included in the price. Our gîte "Le Cocon" is classified as a "3-star tourist accommodation"; our house bears the "Accueil Vélo" and "Valeur Parc Naturel Régional" labels, demonstrating our strong commitment to responsible tourism that respects our environment and is more sustainable. The "Vignobles et Découverte" label recently obtained testifies to our deep attachment to our territory and its stakeholders. Finally, we are ideally located to discover the most beautiful hilltop villages of the Luberon as well as its most emblematic tourist places: Gordes, Oppède le Vieux, Ménerbes, Roussillon, Lacoste, Goult and many others... Isle sur Sorgue, the Ocres de Roussillon and the Colorado de Rustrel, the Abbey of Sénanque, Fontaine de Vaucluse, not to mention the lavender and olive fields, the vineyards...
