Charming farmhouse with private salt-water pool

The Mas de Nebrouze is a family farmhouse located in deep countryside at the base of the Montagne Noir - a small mountain range with charming villages, markets, lakes and nature trails. The house is one of four dwellings on a family estate surrounded by trees, fields and woods - making it ideal for nature lovers and families. The pool is for sole use of farmhouse guests only and is not shared. It is fully secure with a fence and lockable gates. The space Upstairs the house has three generous bedrooms: - the master bedroom with a king-size bed and en suite shower/toilet - a second bedroom with king-size bed - a third bedroom with a standard double bed that's very low to the floor, making it suitable for small children. Downstairs you'll find a: - fully kitted out kitchen - brand new family bathroom with bathtub - generous living room with large wood-burning stove - dining/games room with a projector and record player - sofa-bed in the dining/games room that can be used for x2 extra guests. Please be aware that the sound insulation between this room and the one upstairs (the master bedroom) could be improved. for this reason we don't recommend using the sofa bed for more than a couple of nights at a time. Outside we have: - a salt-water swimming pool with a large patio terrace - up to three dining areas; one next to the kitchen, one in front of the house on the wooden decking area and/or one on the patio next to the pool - two paddocks for exploring! Please note the house is close to one other property on the estate, as shown in the pictures. Guest access All the house is available, however the hay barn is out of bounds. Other things to note We have two cots in the house. A static cot in the third bedroom and a pop-up travel cot that can be placed anywhere.
