Whether you’re seeking a romantic get away or a solo retreat, this space offers an experience that is both grounding and indulgent offering the perfect escape Just 24 km from the city and only five minutes from local shopping, train links, pubs, and eateries, you’ll enjoy the best of both worlds; convenience close at hand, yet complete seclusion from the hustle & bustle of suburbia The space Perfect for couples, solo travellers, or small groups, our guesthouse is a private retreat designed for comfort and relaxation. The home comfortably sleeps 3 adults and can accommodate up to 4 guests maximum within its cosy 60 sqm layout. Inside, you’ll find two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, tower fan, and oil heater for year-round comfort. The modern open-plan living area features a plush lounge, smart TV, and reverse-cycle air conditioning, ideal for winding down after a day of exploring. Step outside to discover the true highlight of the property: a beautifully designed entertaining area. Enclosed with zip-track blinds for all-season use and to offer full privacy; it contains a BBQ, bar table perfect for sharing a glass of wine, and a cozy gas heater. For the ultimate indulgence, soak in the outdoor bath or refresh in the open-air shower. Additional conveniences include an outdoor washer and dryer, as well as a lush lawn area that completes this stylish getaway. Guest access * This space is not suitable for children under 12 years. The home is not childproof, and we do not provide amenities for young children. Please enquire if you would like to book with children. * You will have full access to the sea container guesthouse via a separate driveway *You will have your own parking space infront of the guesthouse (parking is limited to one car. If you require additional parking please inquire and we can arrange for you.) *There is a neighbouring guesthouse which is separated by a fence offering full privacy. You will however share the same driveway. * This is a working property and other road vehicles also access the driveway *We are located in the main house on the property via a seperate driveway. Other things to note *We are on bushland property so expect a lot of friendly bandicoots and wild birds to interact with. You may also see the occasional bobtail and spider (usually harmless daddy long legs) * Spring's Here: Snakes are Out & About ☀️🐍 As it becomes warmer snakes become more active. But don't fret if you encounter one Maintain a safe distance and let them slither on by *For longer stays of 7 nights or more we can provide additional towels and linen in exchange for the ones we supplied. * Due to being on a large property and for the safety and security of our home and guest house we have external cameras pointing along the access road. * We run on bottled gas. If there is no power to the stove top or no hot water please advise and we can quickly change over for you. * Whilst we respect our guests may be visiting family and friends you may not have seen for some time, we do request to not bring unapproved guests or visitors into our guest home without prior discussion.
