Enjoy a relaxing sleep on a beautiful Italian medium-hard mattress and in the morning, a nice cup of coffee as well as fast optical internet. Located next to some nice pubs, restaurants, and cafes, parks, walking paths, and a beautiful historical cathedral. The space - There are two bedrooms, one room for the Owner and one room for the Airbnb guest - kitchen and living room area with open space - one shared bathroom with a toilet and a walk-in shower - The guest room has a bed 160 cm by 200 cm, clean sheets, towels, a shoe rack and coat hanger, a small wardrobe with hangers, a small table and 2 chairs, two reading lamps, wall plugs, a small espresso machine, mini fridge and a tea kettle and tea Guest access - Common spaces include a shared bathroom - Please only use the kitchen for water and for refilling coffee machine - livingroom is only for the Owner During your stay Please message me on Airbnb messaging or you can always talk to me when I am also at home. Other things to note Unfortunately I received a poor review regarding check in from a guest who did not read or fallow any of my instructions that I sent and I would like everyone to know that it is clearly written in the instructions that are sent to you immediately after booking as well as pictures for check in.
