Country Setting Close to Town

Five minutes from Middlebury College, this home provides a peaceful, beautiful setting. The only traffic, aside from an occasional car, is the walkers, runners, and bicycle riders taking advantage of our lovely road. An easy 2.5 mile drive takes you into downtown Middlebury, where you will find restaurants, cafes, a movie theater, shops, galleries, and cultural events. The home has a kitchenette for light cooking. The space This rental is a studio apartment with a private entrance and private bathroom. There is a kitchenette for light cooking that includes a coffeemaker, microwave, toaster oven, single burner induction stove, and small table. There is a queen size bed and a futon type couch that opens into a single bed. The room has wifi and a TV. A deck includes chairs for relaxing and a small table for working or dining outside. Guest access Guests are welcome to walk around the property. For sitting outside, please use the chairs and bistro table on the deck outside the rental door. Other things to note There are two pets on the premises, an energetic young golden retriever and a skittish but sweet old lady cat. We will keep the dog from bothering guests unless they choose to interact with her.
