Villa Laguna is a unique retreat space nestled in the secluded side of the Laguna de Apoyo Natural Reserve, right by the shore of the crater lagoon. The space This listing is for one of our cozy patio rooms, accommodating up to 2 guests. It features two twin beds that can be pushed together to form a king bed along with storage space. The private bathroom includes hot water and complimentary toiletries like shower gel and shampoo + conditioner. A set of double French doors open to a private patio with direct lagoon views. Additional features include ceiling and floor fans (no AC), along with a Wi-Fi signal available in the room and throughout the property for your convenience. Villa Laguna is set on an acre of land and features seven rooms in the main building. Our open kitchen seamlessly integrates with the living/dining area, providing a welcoming space to gather. Additionally, you'll find an outdoor rancho and a well-equipped yoga shala overlooking the water, along with plenty of garden space to explore. For your enjoyment, we have water toys and a ping pong table available for use at no extra charge. Your stay includes a delicious breakfast served from 8 AM to 10 AM. Our food is 100% veggie (gluten-free options available), prepared right in front of you in our open kitchen. Lunch and dinner can be arranged for an additional cost, and drinks are available 24/7, with the kitchen open until 7 PM. If you prefer to bring your own food, there's an additional fridge at the rancho for your groceries and drinks, along with access to a microwave, grill, and brick oven. Please note that the main kitchen, stove, and oven are not available for self-catering, so plan your meals accordingly. We kindly remind you there are no shops nearby, so make sure you bring anything you need with you! We offer massage services and yoga classes in our dedicated space for an extra fee—be sure to book in advance, as same-day reservations are often unavailable. We can also offer transportation and tour services, enquire for more details! During your stay We live onsite in a house located at the back of the property and we have a lovely team that helps us with cleaning, cooking, gardening, maintenance, etc. We are able to help with things such as transportation, tours, activities, etc. We have vast knowledge of Nicaragua and are always happy to be of service when we can! Other things to note - Our property is home to 10 cats and 4 dogs. The dogs are kept in our private area during your stay, but the cats roam around freely (they are all friendly). If you do not like (or are allergic to) pets, this might not be your ideal place. We are pet-friendly, with an additional charge of $5 per pet for the full stay. - As we are located in a natural reserve, chances are you will encounter a bug at some point, just so you know what to expect! :)
