The space Giggley Cottage is a newly renovated detached property sitting at the edge of Chadlington village. The property is laid out over two floors. You'll enter into a spacious hallway with plenty of room for coats and wellies. Giggley Cottage boasts two living rooms. The main living room, to the left of the hallway, has two comfy sofas, 50" TV with access to all the major the streaming platforms and views across the rolling hills. The snug, directly opposite, also has a 50" TV and is ideal for a cosy movie night. An antique trunk is filled to brim with board games and toys, perfect for any children staying. The kitchen-diner is located at the back of the property with access onto the garden via a utility nook. It is equipped with a Bosch oven and hobs, full sized dishwasher, microwave, a washing machine as well as a Nespresso coffee machine. The first of the three bedrooms is located on the ground floor, with an ensuite shower room and double doors directly onto the garden. Upstairs are two further bedrooms, one King with and ensuite shower room and a Twin. There is also a further main bathroom with a bath. Outside the property there is parking for 1 car and a EV charging point (£25 per charge). To the rear is a lovely garden laid to lawn with mature trees, a patio area for outdoor dining and morning coffees. We accept one small to medium breed dog on request. Other things to note Chadlington is blessed with a local village shop (Chadlington Quality Foods) stocked with essentials, homemade jams, cakes and deli items. We also have a butchers and a village cafe (Cafe de la Poste) which stocks croissants, papers, wine and sandwiches. On a Saturday evening, call ahead and order a fresh takeaway pizza. By day, grab a coffee and pannini and sit on the picnic benches with views across the valley. The village also boasts a playground and pub, The Tite Inn. Both of these are located up the hill past the shop. You can hear the bells of St Nicholas Church, which was built in c.1190, every Tuesday evening. Most notably Chadlington is home to Clarkson’s Diddly Squat Farmshop. Situated on the other side of the village towards Chipping Norton.
