Great warm spaces

The space The 200m² house features a large backyard with fruit trees and small children's toys, making it ideal for playing pétanque and enjoying our 10x3.5-meter pool. There is a charming terrace with a small table near the kitchen door, as well as two large wooden tables under a pine tree for outdoor meals. We have now the AC in the rooms Inside, on the ground floor, you will find a separate kitchen with all necessary appliances, a spacious 50m² living room with high ceilings, a bedroom with its own private bathroom, a toilet, and a laundry room. Upstairs, there is a master suite with two walk-in closets, a shower and a bathtub, opening onto a private terrace, along with a separate toilet, another bathroom, a children's bedroom with a triple-level bunk bed and a baby bed, and a third bedroom with a double bed. Additionally, there is a small adjoining studio occupied by two young women on a work-study program who handle the upkeep of the property. They will be very discreet and are absent on weekends and during the day. Guest access You will have access to the entire house, except for the garage, which will remain closed, and the studio, which is already rented. It is important to note that the pool is open from the end of May to the end of September, while the jacuzzi will be out of service in July and August. In our region, where water is a precious resource and we face restrictions, this measure is necessary. Since the water in a jacuzzi must be changed after each rental for hygiene reasons, we cannot make it available during these two months unless you rent for a long-term stay. Other things to note Important Information: The house can accommodate 6 adults, 3 children (teenagers) and 2 babies.
