A Quirky Cottage Modbury 20 mins beach & Dartmoor

This special cottage (c1850) is close to so many beautiful places, making it easy to plan your visit to South Devon. Burgh Island and The Pilchard Inn (c1336 ) just 6 miles, the edge of Dartmoor 9 miles, Salcombe 12 miles. So many glorious beaches and fabulous walks nearby. Modbury is located within an AONB, and is a quaint and friendly market town. Our Victorian cottage will make you feel at home and welcome you after a happy day exploring or even if you've just popped to the local! The space The cottage has one bedroom, a living room, dining room and kitchen, with a spacious bathroom. A small walled courtyard with seating to the rear and the front door opens on to Church Street, Modbury via steep steps, the cottage also has uneven flooring inside with multiple levels. Guest access The guests can use all of the property (except for our bedroom which we do keep locked, however we WILL NOT be there when you are!) x Other things to note Really sorry but we don’t accept toddlers (due to previous breakages).
