The rooms are generous, with high ceilings and large windows, and you will feel very comfortable and free. The large wooden terraces in fine weather directly invite you to relax, and are equipped with an outdoor bench so you can eat outside as well. The lower terrace and balcony are covered, and can be used even in the rain. 2 sun loungers, an umbrella and a gas barbecue are also provided. You will be surrounded by undisturbed nature, the driveway is private and therefore no one will disturb you. Within a 10-minute drive there are good restaurants, shops (Lidl, Tesco, Albert) and services. The cottages are in a strategic location 25 minutes from the border with Bavaria, so you can explore the German part of the Bohemian part of Sumava as well. The cottages are situated in the middle of the triple castles Kašperk, Rábí, Velhartice, within 15 - 20 minutes you can admire any of these castles. Ideal conditions are for hiking, cycling (the cottages are located directly on the cycle path), hiking, skiing in winter. The cottages are located about 200 m from the Otava River, where you can not only swim, but also fish. Otava can also be rafted by boat, boat rental is in Sušice, it is a very nice experience. The place is very safe for staying with children, even the smallest ones. We are at your disposal and we will recommend you the best of Sumava! Guest access On the property there are 2 cottages 50 meters apart, in each of them there are 2 duplex apartments of 125m2 + 40m terraces. We live in one cottage, the other is available for our guests. It is possible to rent one suite (5 beds) or the whole cottage (10 beds). There is a gas grill (shared for 1 cottage), a biotope and a large playground. The property is not fenced so we don't impede the movement of wildlife (deer, rabbits, badger and other animal friends). Each suite comes with 2 parking spaces in our parking lot.
