This 180-square-meter Provençal house with TERRACE, completely renovated, is located in the heart of the old village of Roquebrune-sur-Argens, close to all amenities and several sites of interest! Very well equipped, this house is perfect for a tourist stay with family or friends! It can accommodate up to 9 people (+ a baby) in perfect comfort whatever the season, thanks to air conditioning in all rooms. Looking forward to welcoming you! The space This accommodation, which extends over three levels, not counting the basement, is beautiful and very well-equipped! You will have everything at your disposal for a great stay. - The ground floor is composed of a living room with fireplace and television, a separate kitchen and fully equipped with: oven, microwave, dishwasher, hood, filter coffee maker and tassimo, kettle, toaster and refrigerator and a separate toilet. - The first floor is composed of a master suite with a 160 cm bed and its own bathroom with walk-in shower, a second bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a bathroom with double sink, shower and bathtub and a separate toilet. - The second floor includes another bedroom with two twin 80 cm beds (160 cm bed) as well as a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a 90 cm bed, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. - Finally, the basement has a laundry room with a washing machine, a dryer and a second refrigerator with a freezer section. You can also come with a toddler or a baby, a travel crib, a high chair, a potty and a changing table, which are part of the amenities offered in this large family house. You will also have a 40 square meter TERRACE, where you can relax on the sun loungers or have your aperitifs and meals in peace on beautiful sunny days! Note that you will have air conditioning in all rooms and that you will also have at your disposal: WIFI. Guest access You'll have access to the entire house. Please note that the house has stairs that limit access for people with reduced mobility. Other things to note Linens and towels can be provided at an additional cost to be paid upon check-in. This additional service must be requested at least 48 hours before your arrival. The accommodation is conveniently located in the heart of Roquebrune-sur-Argens, in the village center! Various bars, restaurants and shops are nearby and for your small daily shopping, you will find the "Proxi Alimentation" supermarket a 2-minute walk away. It is also located close to several sites of interest, namely: the Maison du Chocolat et Cacao (3-minute walk); the Roquebrune-sur-Argens Town Hall (1-minute walk); the Saint-Pierre-et-Saint-Paul Church (2-minute walk); and many more... For fun, you can walk (15 minutes walk) to the Arena Lake Leisure Center where you will find a private beach, restaurants and the Water Glisse Passion water park which offers fun water activities, mini golf and tree climbing in summer. You can take canoe or kayak rides on the Argens River and for the bravest, go to the sea, or take very nice hikes around the Rocher de Roquebrune, from the top of which you will have a sublime view of the entire bay of Saint Raphaël. Finally, the sea with its beaches and seaside resorts (Les Issambres, Saint Aygulf, Fréjus, Saint-Raphaël, Sainte-Maxime, Saint-Tropez) are only 15 minutes away by car, for the closest ones.
