This is a premium 1-bedroom apartment styled in a Mediterranean theme. It is located in Andheri (Oshiwara), in a gated & secure building. Many fantastic restaurants/bars/shops are within walking distance. It is close to Mumbai Airport, Kokilaben and Nanavati Hospitals. The bed has premium bedding. The curtain features blackout backing, and the window is double-glazed for complete soundproofing. Premium towels and bath essentials are provided. Maid service is provided on alternate days. The space Guests enter the building through gate 1 and take the lift to the 3rd floor. The right-hand apartment entrance has a painted door with a B-29 sign. It leads to a corridor. Your private apartment is the door on the left. The cosy, air-conditioned and spacious living room (designed by a Spanish architect) has a large sofa and a classy wooden bench with a centre table. The lovely wooden work desk on the other end doubles as a dining table. The living room Wi-Fi has fast internet speed while the bedroom Wi-Fi has standard speed. The apartment features a self-sufficient, well-equipped pantry-kitchen with a large fridge, microwave oven, induction hotplate, toaster and utensils. You can warm food and fix basic meals like eggs, Maggi. etc. It is not meant for elaborate cooking. There is no sink in the pantry, you can leave soiled dishes in the bucket and the maid will clean them. The cosy bedroom features a king-size bed, premium-quality mattresses, sheets, and pillows made by “HUSH” for optimum comfort and sleep. It also has a sofa where you can read your favourite book, sip coffee, or gaze through the window while sitting on the artistic wrought iron chair. The windows have vacuum glass, making them soundproof. The bedroom is designed for peaceful nights and fresh mornings. The access to the beautiful bathroom is from the bedroom, and it has a shower area with a glass partition. There is a place to hang/place your clothes. There is no washing, but we will suggest several cost-effective and convenient options when you check in. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, except certain cupboards and cabinets which contain my personal belongings and are locked. Other things to note This is a STRICTLY NO SMOKING rental. If you are a smoker, book somewhere else. Action will be taken against all guests who are found smoking. There is no TV in the apartment, use your phone to catch up on the news! :-) The well-stocked pantry with microwave, large fridge, toaster, induction heater and utensils is perfect for cooking small meals like eggs, noodles etc, but is not appropriate for elaborate meals. A complete coffee/tea station is available for you. You are greeted with a small tray of goodies, feel free to enjoy them. The pantry does not have a sink. You can use the bathroom sink to rinse cups/plates or leave them in the provided bucket for the maid to wash. The maid will come every other day to clean the apartment and refill the water, coffee, etc. The bedsheets will be replaced every five days. No parties or get-togethers/functions are allowed in the apartment. This rental is for your comfortable stay only and no commercial activity is permitted. A maximum of 2 guests are allowed to book, and their names are required when booking. A third family member of up to 14 years is welcome with the parents, and we will provide a floor mattress with pillows, sheets, etc. Parking is not available in the building; please park outside the gate. No guest or visitor has faced any issues with parking so far. There are numerous shops just a few steps from the gate for general stuff like toiletries, medications and groceries.
