The completely newly furnished Luxury Apartment has a very spacious living room with adjoining open kitchen with all desirable amenities, such as refrigerator (with freezer), oven, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and more. The space This apartment is located on the 1st floor of the building and is accessible via a wide staircase or a spacious elevator. This nicely decorated Luxury Apartment has all the amenities you would expect such as a flat screen Smart TV with free Wi-Fi, nicely decorated sitting area with beautiful views of your private terrace and the Marina. It features a full bathroom with bath, shower and two (2) sinks. Furthermore, the apartment has two (2) spacious bedrooms, each with its own terrace. One (1) bedroom has a King-size bed and one bedroom has two (2) large single beds. The apartment is reachable via the wide staircase, but also by means of by the elevator. *** Because of COVID19 we are using an extra careful cleaning regimen with extra attention to doorknobs, keys, light switches etc. Let's keep each other safe and healthy! *** Guest access You have exclusive use of this spacious home during your entire stay. For safety purposes the building cannot be entered without permission and is located in a park with security. Other things to note Will be appreciated to receive additional travel information and expected arrival time in advance. After receiving this additional travel information our team will contact you with additional information regarding your check-in. The host or related property manager of the property will contact you directly to arrange check-in. Please note that late check-in after 6 pm, in consultation with your host, may be possible at an extra cost.. Late check-in after 6 pm is on request. A security deposit of EUR 500 is required for incidentals. Procedure: After receiving the final reservation confirmation, the payment details are stored but not charged or authorized for the deposit unless the host makes a claim. The host has 14 days from your checkout date to make a claim on the deposit for damages to their property. Depending on the extent of the damage, the amount the host asks may or may not be the same as the deposit. Please inform your host in advance of your expected arrival time.
