It’s 5 minutes away from modern high street commercial area with high end cafe and shopping. You can cook and do outdoor bbq at home by shopping for grocery at SPAR, 4 minutes away. In evening unwind and go watch a movie at the nearest cinema and dinner at its roof top or walk back and have Chai in many open cafes The space -This house is a designer house . Its construction material is made from finest of material . -Wood is from Burma n its famous Burma teak . -Historical renaissance period Carrara Marble flooring is from quarry in , Italy . This marbles history is amazing if u google its history . - This portion is lower ground (not basement ) and is private , spacious with plenty of air and sunlight as you can witness it by a tall live green Tree 🌳 . -the kitchen is modern branded open kitchen by Prestige and has a bar counter . -Outside there is a garden and the patio . In the lounge there is a snooker table so you can spend your free time playing . Guest access Guest has access from main entrance . Apart from this you can use the whole portion , where the 2 rooms , kitchen , snooker area and lounge . The ground floor and kitchen above is used by the host family for kitchen . During your stay Please let us know through message or text if there is anything we can make your stay more comfortable. Other things to note We have a in-house kitchen , so do ask for the menu which serve a limited menu with breakfast , lunch and tea . Please make sure not to use shoes inside the room. It’s preferable to smoke outside in the backyard , patio or garden 🪴 . If you are not using the room , plz be responsible and switch off the AC when going out and leave it open .
