Let this quaint, cozy 1BR condo ensconce you through a restful, quiet evening. Crown Peak’s Topaz building was constructed by the U.S. Navy as barracks for service members. Located in Upper Cubi, Topaz has a breathtaking view of Subic Bay. The building is clean and well-maintained, and surrounded by pine trees as well as a variety of vibrant foliage. Pleaste note that our space is on the 2nd floor and there are NO ELEVATORS—going up will require a little healthy exercise! DESIGN Upon entering the unit, you will be greeted by a floor-to-ceiling wallpaper mural by Neu Muri, calling you to immerse yourself in nature, even from the indoors. We’ve made the space well-appointed with a Scandinavian-Bohemian aesthetic: cozy but with a touch of luxe. FEATURES To make the space flexible for solo travelers, couples, and small families, we added fixtures that can be reconfigured according to your preference: 🔘 In the dining area, an extendable table can be adjusted from a four- to six-seater to accommodate more food or people: Here, you’ll find two Solihiya-inspired chairs, as well as wooden stools for little ones. 🔘 In the living area, a unique stackable sofa: Unstacked, you get a double bed or two spare single beds for the kids. The bathroom has a heated shower, toilet, hand dryer, and of course, a bidet (we know this is a non-negotiable for many). The bedroom is compact but functional. The King-size bed features a premium, orthopedic mattress—so you can have your most restful sleep yet. You can close the sliding door for more privacy, and open the exhaust fan for a cooler temperature. ENTERTAINMENT The unit is equipped with a Samsung Smart TV, which is Netflix-, YouTube-, and Prime Video-ready. INTERNET You can connect to our Wi-Fi, which is powered by PLDT Fiber. However, if there’s an internet outage, we appreciate your understanding that we cannot resolve it on our end. PETS We are pet owners and rescuers ourselves, so we’ve made the space pet-friendly for up to two well-behaved dogs or cats regardless of size or breed (we do not discriminate!) 😊 However, to maintain a positive relationship with our neighbors, we have a few rules: 1. Pet owners must clean up after their pets and dispose their waste in the proper bins. 2. Pets must be vaccinated, free of ticks and fleas, and leashed when in public areas. 3. Pets must always be accompanied, both inside and outside the unit. We love animals, but we also love being able to co-exist with our neighbors. To make your stay enjoyable for everyone, we recommend training your pets for social settings prior to your travel. 🐾 Guest access Crown Peak Residences is a secure, gated community. It’s a calm, peaceful neighborhood to walk your dog or enjoy a quiet run with a healthy amount of uphill terrain. DINING In the morning, fix yourself a cup of coffee or make breakfast in our fully functional kitchen. It is fitted with an induction cooker, microwave oven and rice cooker, with enough plates and utensils. Grab and Food Panda delivery are available from morning until night. The rider can drop your delivery off at the doorstep—no need to go down! You may also grab an iced coffee at Cubique just downstairs, or enjoy grilled sausages at Cameron’s Snack Bar by the Tiara pool. Or, if you’re feeling a bit fancy, drop by Indochine, the newest French restaurant in the Crown Peak property, where you can enjoy a freshly baked croissant—just like Emily in Paris. POOL The Tiara pool is accessible to Crown Peak guests for a fee: 🔘 Adults: ₱300 plus ₱20 for ETAF 🔘 Kids (12 years old and below): ₱150 plus ₱20 for ETAF Pool operating hours: 🔘 Sunday to Thursday: 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. 🔘 Friday, Saturday and holidays: 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Other things to note This unit is on the 2nd floor and is only accessible via stairs. If you have mobility needs, this unit may not be the best fit. PARKING : Street parking is available along Bulacan St., but there’s plenty of parking space directly in front of the building. KITCHEN: Please note that gas stove & oven are non-functional. Only induction stove is available for cooking. EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECK-OUT ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY FOR PHP 250/hour. MIDSTAY CLEAN IS REQUIRED FOR STAYS 2 WEEKS OR LONGER FOR A FEE.
