Whether family, professional or romantic, this well-equipped single-family home will adapt to your stay. Located 10 minutes from Metz and its Exhibition Centre, you will enjoy the calm of the countryside while enjoying all the amenities within walking distance (grocery store, restaurant, pharmacy, playground, greenway...) and a train station (150 metres away) allowing access to Metz. You will have private outdoor areas: garden, 3-space parking, equipped terrace. The space The accommodation has two bedrooms of about 11 m2 each with a 160*200 bed, a large living room with fully equipped kitchen, living room, TV area and workspace. Through the sliding bay, you can directly access the outdoor terrace to enjoy a meal in the sun. Towels and sheets are not included but can be booked in advance (see below). Additional services: * Sheets and towels: 5 euros per bed including the supply of a set (fitted sheet, pillowcases and duvet cover + bed made on arrival + 1 towel per person) to be paid in cash upon arrival. * Rental of appliances (raclette, plancha, crepe maker, barbecue). The greenway located less than 100 meters from the house will allow you to enjoy beautiful walks on foot or by bike. Guest access The house is independent and surrounded by outdoor spaces that are entirely reserved for you (garden, terrace, parking) Other things to note Baby equipment available free of charge upon request (bed, high chair).
