(Almost 20-25 breweries/Pub/Restaurant etc) 4. 15-20mins to Koramangala party hub or restaurants everything you need. 5. 2 Malls in can be reached in 10mins VEGA City Mall , Gopalan Innovation Mall & VFS Global Bengaluru (Visa and Passport office). 6. Don’t like partying take a stroll in Mini Forest park walkable distance just 2mins. 7. 30 plus eateries with 200 meters radius. List keeps going on..!! Guest access To the entire Villa. Other things to note * Early check in - based on availability. * Late check out - We follow strict check-out timings. Late check-outs will result in a Rs. 1000/- fee per Half-hour delay. * Gentle heads-up: We genuinely cannot promise a 100% always-on service internet since cable cuts do sometimes happen and are completely out of our control. If the internet does go down, the repair time can range from 2 hours to 24 hours, an instant resolution is not possible. If the internet is a hard criterion for you, we suggest you carry a hotspot/dongle connection with you. * No Smoking/Vaping/Hookah/Substance abuse inside the villa. * For our long-term guests, please note we change bed linens and towels only once a week only one towel will be provided per guest. *We provide all guests with RO water, tea & coffee making facilities. After this, guests will need to purchase any additional food and drink items they may want. *The villa is provided UPS router in case of power outage. * We request all guests to check in or out during the day, and not very late at night or during very early hours of the morning. * No Visitors/Extra Guests/unregistered or uninformed Guests Visiting During Quiet Hours. For the comfort of all our guests, we strictly do not allow outside Visitors/Extra Guests/unregistered or uninformed Guests during the designated quiet hours. Visitors/Extra Guests/unregistered or uninformed Guests who stay/visit post 12 AM in the villa are considered as Guests and will be charged, their IDs are Mandatory. * No Loud Noise: To maintain a calm and restful atmosphere, please keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during quiet hours. * Quiet hours are from (Start Time)10.00pm to (End Time) 7.00am, and we appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines. * Parties/Events/Functions are not allowed. We request that no small or large gatherings be held at the property. * You'll be staying in someone's home, so please treat it with care and respect. *Please note our building is equipped with two CCTV camera actively recording video and audio (at the entrance & parking area of the Villa), any unregistered guests presence or loud music being played after 10PM will result in an automatic and immediate cancellation of the booking without refund. Airbnb and local authorities will also be notified on the spot. *As per government norms we require guests to submit an ID proof photo after booking confirmation.
