Upper Floor: Enjoy the View On the upper floor of the villa, the large living room's balcony with a view of the Bosphorus offers an ideal space where you can sip your coffee accompanied by the refreshing breeze of the sea. Here, you can have unforgettable moments while watching Istanbul's unique sea view. Downstairs: Enjoy Your Time in the Garden The large garden with sea view, located downstairs and directly accessible from the living room, provides the perfect setting for family meals and pleasant conversations. Surrounded by lush nature, this area is ideal for spending time with your loved ones. All Your Needs Are Met The villa has all the necessary equipment for your comfort: heating, air conditioning, television, fully equipped kitchen (pot, pan, coffee machine, fridge, oven, stove, etc.). You'll feel right at home without needing anything extra. Comfortable Sleeping Areas Clean bed linens, duvets, pillows and bedspreads are available in the bedrooms. Regular cleaning services can also be provided during your stay if you wish. Other things to note Short staying contract will be signed. You will be contacted by our representative regarding this. Passport or ID photos of the people who will use the house will be shared with the host before check-in. Apart from these people, guests are absolutely not accepted. There is a 24/7 security guard. No one other than the person whose ID photo was sent at the beginning can enter the house. The house can only be rented for family use. It is strictly forbidden to have parties at home and disturb the neighbors. 50% of the 1-month dues and usage fee will be collected from the guest. This amount is 185 USD per month.
