The flat has a queen-size bed, a sofa bed, a kitchen with basic utensils, an iron, cable TV (open channels only) and Wi-Fi internet. For stays of up to 7 days, we provide a set of bed/bath linens. For stays longer than 8 days, we provide 2 sets, with guests being responsible for exchanging the sets. The space Flat located in a condominium on the seafront in Manaira, close to great bars and restaurants. The condominium has a leisure area on the roof (4th floor), with a swimming pool facing the sea and a wonderful view. It also has a fitness center and sauna. Thinking about the comfort of our guests, we have a Queen Size double bed, with a SIMMONS brand mattress, Geocities Model, the same brand of mattresses used in the Sheraton, Vila Galé and Four Seasons hotel chains, for example. The mattress was purchased in September 2022. We have a compact kitchen, with the main items to prepare basic meals, such as a refrigerator, stove, microwave oven, sandwich maker, coffee maker and faucet with water filter. Guest access Guests can use all areas of the condominium, including the sauna, fitness center and swimming pool, located on the rooftop, facing the sea, with a leisure area and a wonderful view. Other things to note The condominium has a 24-hour front desk and private garage. Housekeeping service is available on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Bed and bath linen will be changed every 7 days, in order to provide lower costs to our guests, as well as to act in a sustainable manner. A set of bed linen, two bath towels and a face towel will be provided. We recommend bringing extra towels for use on the beach and pool. If you are interested, we can provide extra bath towels, at a cost of R$ 5.00/each, as long as previously requested. Two pillows will be available. Additional pillows must be requested in advance and will incur an additional cost.
