The modern kitchen is a highlight, featuring plenty of counter space, an island with seating for 4, and a dining table that accommodates 6—ideal for family gatherings. The game room offers additional fun, equipped with a billiard and ping pong table that can convert into an additional dining area for 6, plus a foosball table to keep everyone entertained. With two full bathrooms, one on each floor, the home is designed for ease and comfort, making it a great choice for families. All of the bedrooms are located upstairs, providing privacy and comfort. A second-floor laundry room adds extra convenience. Outside, the mostly fenced backyard offers ample space for children and pets to roam, while the patio provides a peaceful spot for outdoor meals or relaxing. The cozy solarium serves as a perfect bonus space for family time or leisurely activities. We’re also just a 2-minute drive from St. Lawrence University, as well as a 5-minute drive from SUNY Canton. - Family-Friendly & Pet-Friendly: Our home features a family-friendly game room that keeps everyone entertained, along with kid-friendly dishware, a high chair, and a pack 'n play for your convenience. We also welcome up to 2 pets, so feel free to bring your furry friends along for the adventure. The spacious backyard is fenced yet has an open area by the patio, making it perfect for both children and pets to play and explore. Doggie poop bags are provided for your convenience. - Shoes Off Home: This is a shoes off home to help keep the space clean and well cared for. You may want to bring slippers if you prefer something on your feet while inside. - Train Sounds: Please note that our property is near a train track, so you may hear an occasional train passing some mornings. We recommend light sleepers bring earplugs, but many guests find the sounds soothing and a part of the charm of the area.
