Parking is anywhere available in the parking lot. This unit has a smart lock that allows guests to have keyless entry with a code that is provided to them upon confirmation of booking. The code starts upon check-in and will terminate at check-out time. There is a pond that all guests have access to behind the complex. Children need to be supervised around the water for safety. Guests are required to follow property rules around the complex and water. Guests are liable and responsible for their own safety around the water and should practice safety when enjoying the pond. There are 3 cameras on the property. There is a front door security camera and front patio camera that record the front entrance and patio. There is also a camera on the back patio. These cameras record for the safety and security of the property and patrons. These cameras have sound recording and motion detection. The cameras do not have access to the interior of the unit and do not record guests within the unit. Trash is located around the outside of the rear of the building if needed. Guest access Guests have access to the entire unit, balcony, patio, and community grounds like the pond. Enjoy the offered amenities but guest are not allowed in locked storage areas and areas labeled “for cleaning staff only”. Guests can come and go as they please using the keypad upon entry and exit Other things to note There is a $1000 smoke mitigation fee associated with this booking. Smoking in the unit is strictly prohibited. Excess cleaning fees will be charged for guest that leave excessive mess during their stay. Guests staying over 7 days will need to agree to the health and wellness check which allows us to do a walk through to ensure property is being maintained and replenish consumable items for guests.
