The area is ideal for walking: inns, restaurants, bars and supermarkets are very close. The apartment is comfortable and functional, designed for a relaxed stay for up to 4 people. 🏡 The listing has: ✔ WiFi 📶 Starlink Service ✔ Air conditioning and radiant slab 🌡️ ✔ Private balcony (opposite side - not facing the beach) ✔ Basic equipped kitchen (dishes and utensils according to the capacity of the apartment and people) ✔ Access to terrace with outdoor heated pool (From December 20 to Easter holiday) and rest area 🏊‍♀️ 🚪 Guest access Guests are welcome to use all apartment spaces. The building's common areas (swimming pool and grills) have specific hours established by the regulations. 🚗 Parking The building does not have its own garage.
