You’ll love this place because of its location, near the exclusive Intercontinental Hotel. It is located in a nice safe neighborhood within walking distance to Mall Multiplaza, one of the best shopping centers in town with shops, restaurants, coffee shops, banks, and movie theaters. You will also have a quiet place with good internet connection to get your work done and use your social networks. The space This space with private bathroom has its own entrance and is equipped with a queen size bed, AC unit, work desk, wireless internet, cable TV, iron, and hair dryer. The kitchen and laundry areas (washer/dryer) are within the premises but shared with other guests. Complimentary housecleaning service is included twice a week. Guest access The neighborhood has security gates which are open during business hours but close after 6pm after which guests and visitors have to report their entry with the security guards. Parking is available on the street in front of the property and for longer stays a garage space with remote control can be assigned, subject to availability.
