Captain Morgan's Lair

Ann & Murray (the pirates) offer a comfortable private room in a modern Australian home. It is situated in a quiet neighbourhood, yet close to supermarkets + cafes. The room has a QS bed, ample cupboard + drawer space, AC + fan. Beautiful garden views from the bedroom and guests are welcome to use the outdoor areas to relax in. The beautiful Leschenault Inlet is just a short stroll away. Ample off street parking in front of the house. We also offer private local wine tours or boat trips The space We live in a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom modern Australian home. The guest area consists of 1 bedroom with a QS bed, an open hallway with a small breakfast area, tea/ coffee facilities and a small fridge. There is a full bathroom with shower and bathtub, a separate, large vanity and separate toilet. Guests are invited to share the family lounge, dining, kitchen and outdoor areas with us, if they like. They are also able to use the kitchen and laundry (washing machine + dryer) and outdoor clothes line. The property has a lawn area, a veggie patch and a native bush garden at the rear and guests are welcome to sit and relax there or have a BBQ on the patio. Parking is off the street on the paved driveway. Guest access Access is through the main front entrance or through the sliding door at the side of the property (i.e. if returning to the room late at night). Guests are welcome to share all communal spaces, but the master bedroom, ensuite, office and private lounge are off limits. During your stay Guests can get in touch via Airbnb messaging or mobile phone. We usually reply promptly, but we are also always available in person (when at home), if our guests have questions, need information about the local area or require help in any other way. We also offer guided , private tours to the local wineries or boating trips around the Bunbury waterways! We are happy to socialise, but also highly respect our guest's needs for privacy. Please be aware that the bedroom, bathroom and toilet have lockable doors, the guest breakfast area is only separated by a screen curtain. Other things to note WA has water restrictions in summer.
