This stylish cottage is located on the river Blackwater, surrounded by boat yards and fisherman cottages, putting you right in the heart of the town's maritime heritage. From the master bedroom enjoy a river view with the masts of Maldon's iconic Thames Barges and Northey Island in the distance. The house itself has been lovingly renovated and beautifully furnished by its current owner and is a comfortable & stylish base from which to explore historic Maldon and the incredible Essex coast line. The space There is a master bedroom with a king size bed; a second bedroom with a double bed; a third bedroom with two singles. (PLEASE NOTE: The head height in this room is restricted, the room is most suitable for children). There is a fourth bedroom, which can have a single mattress on the floor. Other things to note NOTE: the third bedroom is an attic room with restricted head height and an open staircase to the first floor. It is most suited to children. Please ask if you have any questions.
