The air conditioning cools very well and also warms very well, there is also a ceiling fan. It has a 55" TV with Netflix, YouTube, HBO and more. The WiFi is fast and has a good signal. Its queen bed is comfortable with pillows and cushions. There is also the possibility of adding an air mattress on the floor in the case of a third guest. The bathroom is complete and comfortable, with good light. Its 80x80 shower box is comfortable with good water pressure. The kitchen is well-equipped, with an American bar overlooking the outdoors. The kitchen is well-equipped with a nice view of the patio. Its bed is very comfortable, 1.60m x 2.00m (double), and it also has a ceiling fan. The apartment also has 2 single beds of 0.80mx2.00m Thanks to the TV that can be seen from the bed or armchair. I also have a beautiful real tropical aquarium that is not only beautiful but also super relaxing to see, especially in the dark. Its location is undoubtedly one of the best, very close to the gastronomic area with places one better than the other where the night can be enjoyed until very late if you want and being 2 blocks away. The area is very safe as it is a commercial, gastronomic area with good wine tasting places. It is an old neighborhood "Antonio Devoto" very nice and quiet to walk. For stays longer than 7 days (one week) I will provide a cleaning service that covers changes of sheets, towels, towels, general cleaning of the house.
