Enjoy your own private entrance with free parking. Your room includes a mini lounge area that has a reclining love seat & TV for you to rest and relax. This lounge area also has a mini breakfast bar that includes a full size fridge, Kurig, electric kettle, toaster & microwave for your convenience. Breakfast bar is stocked with cold & hot cereal, with an assortment of hot beverages & bottled water provided. Lounge and bathroom areas may be shared with other guests however is rarely the case. Host lives upstairs and will rarely be downstairs for your stay except for cleaning & restocking. Guest access Guests have access to the back entrance, private B&B guest bathroom (not shared with host) & private lounge area. Hosts live upstairs, use separate entrance and will rarely be in guest area except for restocking, cleaning & rarely laundry access. During your stay Guests are able to text or call me if they need anything or have any special requests. I will remain upstairs most of the time, however, I may have to access other rooms in guest area such as laundry and storage areas. Other things to note Room #2 has a double bed and a queen bed.
