Despite the hustle and bustle of the main avenue (YOU CAN HEAR THE NOISE OF THE CARS), we've created a cozy atmosphere and decorated it with love to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. We have separate rooms, an electric stove, a refrigerator, and a microwave, as well as an ideal workspace. We look forward to seeing you! The space Accommodation Rules 1. Care of the space Please leave everything in good condition so that the next guests can enjoy a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. Treat the place as if it were your own. 2. Daily cleaning service (optional) Let us know if you want us to clean your room daily. This service costs an additional 50 quetzals per day. 3. Using the coffee maker The bedroom has a coffee maker and coffee. If you use it, please let us know so we can clean it and make sure it's always ready for your convenience. 4. Damage Liability Any damage caused or loss of objects in the room will be charged. We ask that you take care of the items and furniture so that every guest can enjoy the space. 5. Stains on textiles Should sheets, towels, blankets, or curtains become stained, an extra cost will apply for cleaning or replacement. 6. Check-in and check-out times Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM. Please respect these times so that we can properly prepare the accommodation for the next guest. 7. Use of common areas (if applicable) Common areas are available to all guests. Please keep them clean and in good condition. Avoid leaving personal items in these areas to ensure everyone's comfort. 8. Noise and coexistence Respect other guests by keeping the volume down, especially at night (from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM). We want to offer a quiet, relaxing atmosphere for everyone. 9. No smoking inside the house Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. If you wish to smoke, please use the designated areas. Failure to comply with this rule will result in an additional cleaning fee. 10. Number of guests The reservation is only for the agreed number of guests. No additional visitors are allowed without prior notice and authorization. 11. Keys and access If you lose the keys, an additional fee will apply to replace them. Make sure to keep them safe at all times. 12. Pets (if applicable) If your reservation allows pets, please make sure they are under control and do not cause damage to the furniture.
