Welcome to a small cottage area in Östanå, Småland. We have now bought a larger house in the same area. A house of 90 sqm with a guest house of 25 sqm with sauna and private toilet and shower. Here there is a large, well-maintained municipal swimming area with docks, diving board, handicap ramp, grill areas, playground, beach volleyball court, restrooms and a marina. Within walking distance is Vetlanda GK (18 holes + 9 holes pay and play), padel court, tennis courts, frisbee golf, exercise trails, etc. To Vetlanda center it is about 3 km. There are roller blinds in all the bedroom windows. Outside, there is a large terrace with a corner sofa and a table. There are two electric awnings. There is a dining table with 4 chairs. 2 position chairs and two simpler sun loungers. There is access to a barbecue. The spa bath is out of order. There are two nice kayaks with carts to move to Lake Grumlan. It is 150 meters to a very nice common swimming area. It is about 3.5 km to Vetlanda city center. There are grocery stores, a variety of shops and restaurants. There are pharmacies, ATMs, liquor stores and more. There are also buses from Östanå into Vetlanda and to beautiful Eksjö, which is known for its old wooden houses. There are quilts and pillows. Towels and sheets you need to bring.
