Other things to note Host requires a short term rental agreement to be signed and government ID within 24 hours of booking. One (1) domesticated dog is permitted with prior approval. A non-refundable $20 cleaning fee will be added to the rental total. A $250 non-refundable fee will be charged for non approved pets. Dogs must be house-trained, under control, and never left unattended. No pets allowed on furniture. Guests are liable for any damage or excessive cleaning caused by the dog. No cats permitted due to allergy concerns.
