Pets considered on request The space Seacroft is a spacious and welcoming family home, perfect for groups or families looking to enjoy a relaxing stay by the sea. Downstairs, you’ll find a large entrance hall that leads into a cosy snug/office with a workspace, sofa, and large TV. Next to the snug is a bathroom with a shower. From the entrance hall, you walk directly into the generous kitchen, which features a dining table that comfortably seats eight. Off the kitchen, there’s a utility room on one side and a large lounge on the other. The lounge is wonderfully spacious, with a log burner, TV, and two large sofas — perfect for cosy evenings in. The kitchen overlooks the garden, providing a lovely view while you cook or dine. Upstairs, the master bedroom includes an en-suite with both a shower and a bath. There are also three further large double bedrooms, all with access to a shared bathroom featuring a bath. Outside, there’s parking for several cars and access to a private garden. Seacroft is ideally located — less than a minute’s walk from the beach and a local restaurant. Shops are just a 10-minute walk or a short drive away, and the nearest bus stop is also less than a minute from the house. We purchased the property in September 2024 and are planning a series of updates and modern touches throughout, including new décor and furnishings.
