Before your Stay: Sharing vaild Govt. ID is mandatory, else your booking may be cancelled by host. In case of oversees travellers, you need to provide a copy of valid passport and Visa and Form C needs to be duly filled up for govt. records. During Your Stay: I’m available to answer any questions or provide recommendations via Airbnb messaging. Whether you need tips on the best local restaurants, directions to attractions, or advice on transport, feel free to reach out—I’m happy to help! Check-In & Check-Out: I’ll make sure the check-in process is smooth, and I’m available for any questions you have upon arrival. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, just let me know, and I’ll do my best to accommodate your request (depending on availability). In Case of Emergency: If anything comes up during your stay—whether it’s a maintenance issue or something you need help with—please don’t hesitate to contact me. I’m just a message away. Privacy and Rules to Follow: I respect your privacy and will not interrupt your stay unless you need assistance or have any specific requests. # NO SMOKING # NO PARTIES OR EVENTS # Turn off the lights/appliances/Air-conditioning and Gas stove/hotplate etc. when you leave the house or when not in use. # Do not move the furniture. # Quiet hours after 10 PM, no loud noises and no loud music. # Don’t leave the doors and windows open when air-conditioning is ON. If you prefer more independence and self-check-in, that’s perfectly fine too. I want you to feel at home, whether you like interaction or prefer a more hands-off experience.
