SNCF station 500 m away (a few trains to Orléans and Paris) Parking: 2 parking spaces on site (back and side) + possibility under the trees when the ground is dry Convenience stores in the village (pizzeria, hairdresser, restaurants) Cap Saran (85 stores), Carrefour, Lidl The space SECTION 1: "My accommodation" My Accommodation: Ground Floor Area A spacious and well-arranged area on the ground floor of the house (living room), offering a comfortable accommodation option. L'Espace Nuit • Bedding: 1.90 m x 0.80 m bed with good bedding. • Privacy: Large blackout curtains span the room to clearly separate the spaces when the room is shared (beds well apart). • Amenities: Small TV and high-speed fiber WiFi. • Workspace: A personal workspace is set up on the large dining room table. Brightness & Air Conditioning • Openings: 3 openings in the room (2 French windows and 1 tilt-and-turn window), all equipped with roller shutters. • Thermal comfort: Reversible air conditioning for optimal comfort in summer and winter. Sanitary facilities • On the ground floor: Full bathroom and toilet nearby. • On the 2nd floor: Second bathroom with shower and toilet on the modern landing. Common spaces & Other bedrooms • Kitchen: Spacious, fully equipped and furnished in the basement (to be shared with other guests). • Exterior: Terrace in front of the house with a large table, 6 chairs and a sun lounger for relaxing or having meals. • House amenities: All bedrooms in the house have a TV. • Other availability: Other rooms may be available for rent depending on availability (on the mezzanine, ground floor, and basement). SECTION 2: "Guest access" Transportation & Parking • Road access: 6 km max from the A10 and A71 highways, the RN20, the bypass, and the Route du Mans (RN20 accessible 500 m away, while maintaining a very quiet environment). • On-site parking: 2 free parking lots on site with video surveillance (cameras directed towards the parking areas). • Large vehicles: Possibility to park a large van or a vehicle with a trailer (depending on size). For very large vehicles, parking is possible near the cemetery. SECTION 3: "House Rules" (Additional instructions) Instructions for families • Outdoor pool: Please ensure that children do not throw stones or pebbles into the small pool located on the side of the house. This preserves the filtration system, vegetation, and wildlife in the pond. We are counting on your vigilance! SECTION 4: "Other things to note" Other accommodation available (Vacances / Sud) • Craving the sea? Guest access PLEASANT SETTING • Pleasant outdoor terrace (table and 6 chairs) for your meals and leisure time in front of the house. • A blue and white lounge chair is available outside (or upon request from me). • You can relax in the sun at the back of the house. ACCESS & PARKING • Near highway (6 km). • SNCF station 500m away. • Private parking: 4 spots behind the house + field if the ground is dry. • Public parking: 3 to 4 spaces (east side of the house). • Please do not park on the sidewalks AMENITIES NEARBY • In the village: hairdresser, restaurants, pizzeria, bar. • 5 minutes: Cap Saran shopping area (85 shops), Brico Dépôt, Carrefour, Lidl, Aldi, bowling, many restaurants, etc. CHECK IT OUT • Historical vestige: Aérotrain test lane (18 km experimental line, having reached 431.4 km/h in 1968). SPACIOUS AND EQUIPPED KITCHEN • The equipped kitchen is located in the basement. To be shared with guests if there are any. • You will find: electric ovens, microwave, refrigerators, Senseo, traditional coffee maker, hob, kettle, toaster, double sink, hot water available. COMFORT • Extra bathroom and toilet (separate) on the ground floor. • Reversible air conditioning in all rooms except the small red bedroom. You can access anywhere except in my kitchen (RC), my personal cabinets as well as in the other bedrooms unless the guests agree. Other things to note *Cameras installed on the house facing both car parks. *Possibility to park a large van (towed trailer depending on size). So very very large park them near the cemetery. *Television in every bedroom. *Note for children: Please ensure that children do not throw pebbles or pebbles in the small pool on the side of the house. This could damage the system or harm the plants and wildlife in it.
