This incredible holiday home is located on the edge of Lake Rotoiti, offering 180-degree lake views from a stunning deck that leads to a boardwalk and your own private jetty. Bring your boat, jet ski, or kayaks to enjoy everything this beautiful location has to offer. Plus, there’s a boat ramp right next door, shared with just a few other houses, making launching and retrieving as easy as possible. The space The main house features two bedrooms, both with queen beds. The open-plan living area flows out to a sun-drenched deck that enjoys all-day sun when the weather is nice. The separate sleep-out includes one bedroom with a queen bed and cot, as well as a bunk room with two sets of bunks. There is also a separate bathroom in this area. Guest access You'll have the house to yourself. There is a garage on the property however this is locked for the owner's use only. The shared boat ramp is for the residents surrounding only. Please be sure to park your vehicle and trailer within the property so as not to block the ramp for any other residents wanting to use it. Other things to note Please respect our neighbours with noise and considerate parking. They are permanent residents there and we have a great relationship with them.
