Guests will enjoy easy access from this centrally located Koroit property with paddocks just over the fence! This spacious property on a large plot offers a large queen room (other rooms are on a separate listing) and a large guest bathroom. Guests have access to kitchen, dining room, lounge and alfresco areas. Great for Koroit itself, walking/cycling the rail trail, Tower Hill, Port Fairy, Warrnambool etc. * this room will be redecorated prior to bookings being opened before March 2025. The space The home is shared with the owners. There are three bedrooms available (please see other listings) and guests have the use of the guest bathroom (owners rom is at the other end of the house and has an ensuite). There is a queen bed in each of the available rooms. Guest access Plenty of parking on the property is available. There is a public bus stop within walking distance but a car is the best way to explore the neighbourhood. Other things to note Please be aware we are unable to cater for small children. We have a friendly labrador dog too.
