The mini studio apartment is an attic, air-conditioned openspace, consisting of a double bed area, a bathroom, a living area with a double sofa bed and a kitchen area with an equipped corner and equipped with a fridge, small oven, TV and washing machine. On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms, each with a small private bathroom with a shower, one with a bidet and one with a shower bidet. On the ground floor the apartment overlooks a porch equipped with table, chairs, barbecue, living room and lounge chairs; on the first floor the rooms overlook a panoramic terrace over the entire lake of Bolsena, equipped with deck chairs and umbrella.
