NO CHILDREN UNDER 15 Room for three people, in a family home, one block from Av. Amsterdam (main avenue). Access to common (shared) areas such as kitchen, dining room and parking. Note: One of the walls in the bedroom is missing about 30 cm to meet the ceiling, but the invitation is totally private. Parking space outside the house, in front of the entrance hall, it is totally safe, there are cameras. Other things to note COMMON AREAS NOTE 1. The use of common areas is shared (they are in constant use by those who live in the house) 2. You cannot hold events, dinners, birthdays, or work meetings.
