Sneaking in a pet is a $200 additional fee and you will be asked to leave immediately. ***Absolutely no smoking inside. Any evidence of smoking inside will result in a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Guest access Guests will rent and have access to this entire space except the garage. The garage will be locked with no access. Other things to note The main living area is on the 2nd floor, you will need to climb stairs to enter home.
