The space The house is located on a private plot with two other houses, maintaining a quiet and familiar atmosphere. The space is spacious, well maintained and designed to accommodate groups comfortably. There is indoor and spacious parking for each house. The leisure area has a swimming pool and a rustic playground (both shared), creatively designed with reused materials, including a zip line, a climbing wall, and other toys, ideal for children to have fun in contact with nature. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house and common areas of the grounds, including the leisure area and shared pool. Access is easy: just 1 km of pavement to the main road. It has hills, as we are in a mountainous region, but this is not a problem, as any vehicle, including those with 1.0 engines, can reach the house without problems. Other things to note The pool and leisure area are shared with another house on the property. The atmosphere is familiar, ideal for those seeking rest, coexistence and contact with nature. Being in a mountain area, you will have a great view in some places and the weather is usually cooler, especially at night. The playground is rustic and was built creatively, reinforcing the simple and welcoming atmosphere of the space.
