This newly built guest house by the beach is located in the picturesque Portarlington on the Bellarine. It is only a stones throw away from the historical Portarlington Mill & a short 2 min stroll to the swimming beach, peir & local shops, playgrounds football oval & tennis courts. Close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. The local ferry makes daily commutes to & from Melbourne. The space The Guest house by the beach is on the second floor. With private side entrance and safety gate on the stairs for young children. You can request to borrow a portacot, stroller, bikes and helmets by messaging the host. Guest access You will have full access to the entire self contained top floor. On arrival head through the side gate to the right of the property where you will come to a private entrance. The code to enter will be provided before arrival. Other things to note Strictly no shoes on entering. Please remove shoes before going up the stairs. After enjoying time at the near by beach please use the provided hand held shower to rinse off all sand and hang sandy towels on the outdoor hooks before entering. STRICTLY NO PETS ALLOWED UPSTAIRS
