The space On the ground floor: - An entrance with cupboard - A cellar with washing machine + 1 toilet - a fitted kitchen open to the living room with a snack plan, an induction hob + hood, an electric oven, a microwave, a NESPRESSO coffee maker, a 10-place dishwasher, a refrigerator, a toaster, utensils, dishes - a living room with a large corner sofa, TV and TV cabinet, WIFI - the terrace and the garden, equipped with a standing table and garden furniture On the 1st floor: - 1 bedroom with 1 140 cm bed and a desk, cupboard and shelves - 1 bathroom with 1 toilet, 1 sink and an Italian shower, 1 towel dryer - 1 teleworking station On the 2nd floor: - 1 large attic bedroom with shelves, 140 cm bed Guest access the street is not paid and you can frequently park in front of the house or nearby on the street.
